How to apply for Innova Education School English & Mathematics

Courses
Steps 1 – 12 :

1. Innova Education School will provide the school and course information to prospective students and parents followed by the student counselling and advise process.

2. Apply to Innova Education School with the following:

·     Innova Education School Application form
·     Application form for Student Pass (e-form16)
·     Student Escrow Confirmation with Payment Schedule
·     All relevant documents required for application of a Student Pass.  

3. Upon fulfilling the basic entry requirements, an Application Fee (S$80) has to be paid for administrative purpose which includes a School Placement Test and a Letter of Offer.

(If student is not present, Placement Test will be arranged at a later date).
Proceed to Step 5 if student/guardian is not present.

4. After Placement Test and confirmation of target level, student will be given the following official documents to    complete admission formalities:

• Advisory Note to Students
• Standard Student Contract
• Student Escrow Confirmation

Detailed explanation of the above documents will be done before any authorised parties are requested to sign in person.

5. Innova Education School will apply the student pass via Student Pass online Application & Registration + (Solar) System.

6. Student will be notified by school upon receiving In-Principle Approval of student pass from ICA after 4 – 6 weeks of processing time. Applicants 15 years old and above are required to go for medical check-up. 

7. When the parents/students report to school for the first time on the date stipulated in the Letter of Offer, they need to complete the admission formalities by signing the following official documents:

• Advisory Note
• Standard Student Contract
• Student Escrow Confirmation

Detailed explanation of the above documents will be done before any authorised parties are requested to sign in person.

8. Innova Education School will process the Student Escrow Confirmation with DBS Bank after receiving students/parents bank account details.

9. Bank will issue Acknowledgement Slip upon the confirmation of the successful opening of the Student Escrow Account

10. The student will have to make payment of their Tuition Fees, Student Pass Application Fee, Fee Protection Scheme fees, Course Materials fee and Medical Insurance fees directly into the Escrow Account and each payment of course fees must be accompanied by the “Payment Voucher” issued by the School. (The total course fees payable has to be made before the commencement of the course).
Security Deposit for  ICA application for student pass will be collected if applicable.

11. Students are required to produce their original passport, a white background photograph (taken not more than 3 months) and medical report for verification when collecting their Student’s Pass.

12. Innova Education School will arrange to an e-appointment date for the students and will bring the students to the ICA to collect their Student Pass.

Payment Procedures

As stipulated by the Council of Private Education (CPE), Innova Education School Pte Ltd has a Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) through an Escrow account  - DBS Bank.

Under the Fees Protection Scheme (Escrow Bank Account), students are required to deposit all of their fees with the exception of the application fee and miscellaneous fees into an escrow bank account which Innova Education School Pte Ltd has opened with a CPE appointed bank – DBS Bank. Funds in the account will then be disbursed to Innova Education School Pte Ltd on a regular basis if conditions are met.

The application fee of S$80 which is non-refundable has to be paid to Innova Education School Pte Ltd for the sole purpose of processing the application and to arrange for the school placement test.

Miscellaneous fees refer to any non-compulsory and non-standard fees which the students will pay only when necessary or applicable and is done on an ad-hoc basis or when the need arises such as S-AEIS, AEIS and SPERS, exam fees.

Step-By Step Overview

After signing the student contract, Innova Education School Pte Ltd will process the Student Escrow Confirmation with the breakdown of fees payable and payment schedule as stipulated in the Student Standard Contract. ( Not Applicable for Holiday Study Tour Course)

Upon successful processing with the Escrow Bank, the bank will issue an "Acknowledgement of Student Escrow Confirmation" letter. Innova Education School Pte Ltd will provide the student a Payment Voucher and payment instructions for student fees.

Innova Education School Pte Ltd will advise the student on how to make the fees payment to the Escrow Bank directly using the Payment Voucher and payment instructions for student fees.

Documentation Checklist for Applicant Applying for a Student’s Pass for Innova Education School

• Registration Form;
• 2 recent passport-sized photographs (white background);
• Applicant’s Official Birth Certificate (photocopy);
• Applicant’s highest education certificates and result transcripts (photocopy);
• Photocopy of the personal particular pages of the applicant’s passport ;
• Parent’s passport (photocopy).

          Please note that item (3) & (4) have to be translated into English & certified or notarized.
          Additional Document(s) are required if the applicant is a national from a visa-required countries:

• Documentary proof of financial ability in the form of bank statement/fixed deposit accounts/saving accounts ( photocopy).
